Overview
Hurghada Grand Aquarium is the largest indoor aquarium in the Middle East, with a total area of 40,000 square meters, also home to over 1,200 marine animals, representing over 1,000 species. The aquarium has 22 different exhibits, each showcasing a different marine environment. There is also a 24-meter-long underwater tunnel that allows visitors to walk through the aquarium and see the marine life from all sides. The aquarium is open daily from 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Grand Aquarium is a great place to learn about the marine life of the Red Sea and other parts of the world. It is also a fun and educational experience for people of all ages. It is located in the heart of Hurghada, just a short walk from the beach. There is a gift shop on-site where you can buy souvenirs and educational materials about the aquarium. There is also a restaurant on-site where you can enjoy a meal with a view of the aquarium. Daily shark feeding schedules are 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 to 4:00 PM. Please take note that the feeding schedule may change without prior notice depending on the species behavior.
